Printed in the USA!

When the planning for the book’s production was going on, one of my primary considerations was that it be printed here in the United States. I just couldn’t bring myself to have it done overseas! It’s such an “American” topic, and I didn’t want it stuck on a ship for four months either…so it was done at RR Donnelley in Houston, Texas.
